Obituary for Huanzhong Liu
Huanzhong Liu of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA at the age of 75.
Born in Wafangdian, China to the late Benli Liu and Jinfeng Xu. He was formerly employed as a General Manager with ZWZ Wafangdan Bearing LTD of China, before retiring in 2008.
Outside of work, Huanzhong enjoyed hiking, picking wild mushrooms, searching for Chinese medicinal herbs, and spending weekends with friends in the mountains and woods. From time to time, he sang Chinese operas during his spare time. In the past 14 years, he enjoyed taking care of and playing with his grandchildren.
He was the beloved husband of 49 years to Guixiang Wu; devoted father of Guodong Liu and wife Yu Ding, Junhong Liu and husband Liang Sui; dear brother of Huanyu Liu, Huanquan Liu, Huanjia Liu, and Huanjun Liu; loving grandfather of Matthew and Nathan Liu, and Zhiyu Sui.
The family will receive their friends at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 11:00 am – 12 Noon, with a service to begin at 12 Noon.
Interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery, Doylestown, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Guixiang Wu (2206 Sunrise Way, Jamison, PA 18929).

先父刘焕忠先生因病医治无效，于2023年4月2日，在宾夕法尼亚州费城宾夕法尼亚长老会 医疗中心去世，享年75周岁。
先父出生于中国瓦房店，是已故的刘本立和许金凤的长子，他曾任中国瓦房店市轴承有限 公司车间主任之职，于2008年退休。工作之余，他特别喜欢爬山，捡蘑菇，和寻找中草药 ，周末会和朋友们到山林里狩猎。他在业余时间还不时地唱唱京剧和样板戏。在过去的14 年里，他享受着照顾孙子和外孙们的天伦之乐。
先父遗下相伴49年的妻子吴桂香，儿子刘国栋和其妻子丁于,女儿刘俊红和其丈夫隋亮，弟弟刘焕玉、刘焕全、刘焕家、和刘焕军,孙子刘通和刘彻，还有外孙隋志宇。
家人将于2023年4月22日星期六上午11:00至中午12点在Varcoe-Thomas殡仪馆（座落于344 North MainStreet, Doylestown, PA 18901）接待朋友，追思会将从中午12点开始到1点 钟结束。
随后，葬礼将在宾夕法尼亚州多伊尔斯敦公墓举行。
